March Transfer Three – Costa In

March Transfer Three – Costa In

Out: Kane
In: Costa

With this week being the last game week in March, it makes sense to use up my final transfer today. In an ideal world my front three would be Aguero, Kane and Ibrahimovic. Unfortunately Kane picking up what looks like a serious injury and Ibrahimovic getting a three game ban has put pay to this. With only one transfer remaining I’ve opted to transfer in Costa to replace of Kane. Chelsea have two games this week so this change needs to be made today to avoid them being locked out. Although there has been no confirmation over how serious Kane’s injury is, it looked a nasty one so I’m going on the assumption that he will be out for at least a few weeks. Also with Man Utd’s Europa League tie still wide open, I’m hoping Ibrahimovic will grab a couple of goals at Old Trafford later in the week.

As we are so close to kick off this is a short post. However I did document the decision in more detail earlier today. I’d be interested in hearing how other managers have dealt with this issue in the comments below.
